What is a Collaboration Network Regional Gathering?
Regional Gatherings take place across the UK and are delivered as full-day, in-person events hosted by one of our Members. Smaller in scale than our conferences, these events typically welcome 35–75 attendees, creating a more intimate setting that encourages meaningful networking, open discussion and deeper engagement between Members.

Who is illegable to attend?
Regional Gatherings are exclusive to Members of the Collaboration Network. Non-Members may attend only by approved request or invitation.
Members may nominate up to two delegates in the first instance, with additional places available upon request, subject to demand and availability.

What topics will be covered?
As part of a cross-sector, cross-discipline day, these events explore a broad range of themes, including vulnerability, complaints handling, customer experience, culture and inclusion, and more. Sessions including keynotes, case studies, fireside discussions, and interactive workshops.

Where is it taking place?
The Leeds Regional Gathering will take place at an HSBC facility in Leeds.
For privacy and security reasons, the exact address will be shared with confirmed delegates ahead of the event. The venue is easily accessible by both car and public transport.

Who will be in attendance?
These events bring together professionals from across sectors who are focused on customer support, colleague wellbeing and driving strategic improvement.

How to Book?
This event is only open for Members of the Collaboration Network. Non-Members can contact us to arrange attendance, subject to availability.
Members
As a regional gathering, this event will have a limited capped capacity of 75 places. Members can attend this event for free, with no more than two individuals from any member organisation. These places can be secured using the below tab that will take you to the booking page.
Non-Members
If you are not a member of the Collaboration Network, you can contact us to request delegate places subject to discretion and availability.
* This event is for members of the Collaboration Network only, with no more than two places from any one organisation. This event has capped capacity, and as such, membership will not guarantee a place once capacity has been reached. Tickets will be allocated on a first-come basis. The agenda for the event is subject to change, and speakers may be replaced owing to factors beyond our control.
