This December, the Collaboration Network will be hosting its annual Complaints Forum, a full day virtual event dedicated to the topic of complaints handing, customer service, and dispute resolution, with cross-sector input. This event will include keynote talks from the Ombudsman, industry case studies, and open discussions for the sharing of best practice.

How to Book?
The Complaints Forum is open for registration now for both members and non-members of the Collaboration Network
Members of the Collaboration Network are entitled to attend the Complaints Forum free of charge as part of their membership package. You can book your place now via CN-X
Non-Members of the Collaboration Network are able to book a place at the Complaints Forum for a rate of £60 + VAT per person. If you would like to enquire about becoming a Member ahead of the Complaints Forum to take advantage of free attendance, get in touch.
* Tickets can be re-assigned or transferred should the situation be required. No refunds on tickets will be issued.
