This November, the Collaboration Network will host the Complaints Forum — a full-day, in-person event dedicated to complaints handling, customer service, and dispute resolution.
Bringing together expertise from across sectors, the Complaints Forum is designed to share best practice, explore real-world case studies, and provide practical insights to help organisations strengthen their approach to complaints.

How to Book?
The Complaints Forum is open for registration now for both members and non-members of the Collaboration Network
Members
Members of the Collaboration Network are entitled to attend the Complaints Forum for FREE. Tickets will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Non-Members
Non-Members of the Collaboration Network are able to book a place at the Complaints Forum for a rate of £495 + VAT per person. If you would like to enquire about becoming a Member ahead of the Complaints Forum to take advantage of the free attendance, get in touch.
* Please note:
Members of the Collaboration Network are entitled to attend the Complaints Forum for FREE. Tickets will be allocated on a first come, first served basis and may be limited to a maximum of 2 per company if the session is oversubscribed.
