Throughout our series for 2020/2021, we brought together firms, regulators, ombudsman, suppliers and charities to examine the fast-changing landscape of customer vulnerability, complexities for firms and consumers alike brought about by covid, changing consumer behaviours, and key areas that had a severe impact on businesses and their customers, including debt & affordability, pro-active communication, culture and more.
