The Collaboration Conference 2026 takes place on 25 November, ahead of our evening Awards Ceremony, bringing together organisations from across sectors to help shape the future of customer support.
Developed in consultation with UK regulators, this conference has been designed to address the issues having the greatest impact on organisations and the customers they serve—regardless of sector.
Working closely with the UK Regulators Network, Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Ofwat, Ofgem, the Utility Regulator for Northern Ireland, and the Regulator of Social Housing, we have identified the common themes that organisations are grappling with today. These are the challenges that transcend individual industries and demand a collaborative response.
