Housing & Utilities Roadshow:Belfast

The challenges facing customers and communities are increasingly complex — from the cost of living and affordability to debt, communication and access to support. Tackling these issues requires greater collaboration across sectors.

The Collaboration Network Housing & Utilities Roadshow brings together housing, utilities, local authorities, regulators and the third sector to share insight, explore best practice and identify practical ways to improve outcomes for customers and communities.

Following the success of our online programme, we're taking the conversation on the road, with our first in-person Roadshow taking place in Belfast on 12 November 2026, hosted by the Utility Regulator and sponsored by Hope 4U.

The day will explore key issues including customer communications, the cost of living, consumer understanding, debt and affordability, collections and recoveries, and more.

One day. Multiple sectors. A shared goal — better outcomes for customers.
