Elevating Support for Vulnerable Customers
We invite you to a key stakeholder session dedicated to empowering our workplace to serve our most vulnerable customers with greater effectiveness. This isn't just a meeting - it's an opportunity to transform our approach. Our panel of leading experts will share direct, critical experiences, giving your teams the necessary knowledge, tools, and understanding to deliver a superior, compassionate experience.
Event Overview:
Supporting customers in vulnerable circumstances has become an increasing priority for businesses across all sectors in recent years. However, providing meaningful support to customers can only happen when organisations also prioritise the wellbeing of their own people.

Frontline colleagues, in particular, play a vital role in helping customers who may be facing some of life’s most complex and difficult challenges - from financial difficulties and health issues to emotional distress. Engaging with situations such as this day in, day out requires compassion, patience and resilience. Without the right support, this can take its toll on colleagues’ wellbeing.
Recognising this, South East Water, in partnership with the Collaboration Network, is hosting this year’s Annual Stakeholder Conference to focus on colleague wellbeing at the heart of customer support.

This event will bring cross-sector professionals, along with culture & wellbeing experts and third sector organisations to share insights, practical strategies and real-world examples of how organisations can create supportive environments that protect and nurture their teams. Together, we will explore how caring for colleagues ultimately enables businesses to deliver more empathetic, effective and sustainable support for customers in vulnerable circumstances.

This event is free for South East Water stakeholders and Collaboration Network Members to attend. This event has a limited capacity therefore it is recommended that you book your space well ahead of time.
