Our mission is to build an inclusive and dynamic community of professionals who work together to improve business practices and to raise the level of support for consumers and employees across all sectors.

The Collaboration Network covers subjects close to the heart of any organisation keen to enhance customer engagement, improve services for consumers and to raise standards in the support provided to their front-line staff.

Our Services

The Collaboration Network provides both digital and in-person opportunities to learn, share, discuss and collaborate on topics that are central to the support offered to customers and colleagues across sectors. Our programme of activities is developed through member feedback and includes Webinars, Discussion Clubs, Champions Groups, Workshops, Focus Groups, Conferences and e-learning materials such as Master Class Videos, Reports and original thought-leadership material via our Journal.
