VULNERABILITY WEEK PASS - TERMS & CONDITIONS

2026

8–12 JUNE 2026 | #VULNERABILITYWEEK2026

Everything you need to know.

Nothing hidden.

We believe in complete transparency. These terms exist to protect you as much as us - so before you purchase your VW Pass, here is exactly what you're signing up for.

Last updated: April 2026  |  Collaboration Network Holdings LLP

The short version

BEFORE THE FORMAL LANGUAGE

We know nobody enjoys reading terms and conditions. So here is the honest summary of what purchasing a Vulnerability Week Pass means for you, your team, and your relationship with the Collaboration Network. The full terms follow below - but this is what actually matters.

WHAT YOU GET IMMEDIATELY

The moment your purchase is confirmed, you become a full Member of the Collaboration Network until 1st Jul 2026.

You get instant access to CN-X - our platform for networking, session recordings, and community resources, plus full access to all 16 Vulnerability Week sessions running 8-12 June 2026, as well as the ability for you to attend the whole Collaboration Network programme as a Member from the moment you sign up.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER VW

After Vulnerability Week ends, your full Membership automatically continues at the standard monthly rate. Our hope is that you've found enough value in the events, Vulnerability Week, CN-X and the community that you want to stay. But if it's not for you, that is absolutely fine - and easy to change.

WHAT IT COSTS

Your VW Pass is priced at one month's Membership fee - £175 +VAT for a Single Pass (one individual) or £550 + VAT for a Premium Pass (your entire organisation, unlimited attendees). This is the only payment taken at the point of purchase.

HOW TO CANCEL

Give us 7 working days' written notice by email before your next renewal date, and we will stop your Membership. No awkward phone calls, no hoops to jump through. Email us at membership@collaborationnetwork.co.uk, and we'll take care of everything.

⚠️ Important - please read this before purchasing:

Your Vulnerability Week Pass automatically converts to a rolling monthly Membership once Vulnerability Week concludes. You will be charged at the standard Membership rate from your first renewal date unless you cancel with at least 7 working days' written notice beforehand. By completing your purchase, you are acknowledging and agreeing to this auto-renewal condition.

Vulnerability Week Pass - Full Terms & Conditions

THE FORMAL TERMS

These terms and conditions govern the purchase and use of the Vulnerability Week 2026 Pass ("VW Pass") offered by Collaboration Network Holdings LLP ("we", "us", "the Collaboration Network"). By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.

CLAUSE 1

The Parties

These terms form a binding agreement between Collaboration Network Holdings LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales ("the Collaboration Network", "we", "us"), and the individual or organisation completing the VW Pass purchase ("you", "the Purchaser").

For Premium Pass purchases, the Purchaser is the individual completing the transaction on behalf of their organisation. That individual accepts these terms on behalf of all nominated colleagues included under the pass.

CLAUSE 2

  • VW Pass Single: £175 + VAT

  • VW Pass Premium: £550 + VAT

Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the point of purchase. The Collaboration Network does not store payment card details. All prices are quoted in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.

A confirmation receipt will be issued to the email address provided at the point of purchase. This receipt constitutes your proof of purchase and Membership activation.

CLAUSE 4

Membership, auto-renewal and cancellation

Please read this clause carefully. It describes what happens to your Membership after Vulnerability Week ends, and how to cancel if you choose not to continue.

4.1 Automatic Membership enrolment. From the moment your VW Pass purchase is confirmed, you are enrolled as a Member of the Collaboration Network. Your Membership is active immediately and grants full access to CN-X and all Member benefits.

4.2 Auto-renewal after Vulnerability Week. Once Vulnerability Week 2026 concludes (after 12 June 2026), your Membership will automatically renew on a rolling monthly basis at the standard Membership rate applicable to your pass type on 1st Jul 2026.

4.3 Cancellation. You may cancel your Membership at any time by giving us a minimum of 7 working days' written notice before your next renewal date. Notice must be submitted by email to membership@collaborationnetwork.co.uk. Cancellations received with less than 7 working days' notice before a renewal date will take effect at the following renewal date, and you will be charged for the intervening period.

4.4 Effect of cancellation. Upon cancellation taking effect, access to CN-X, session recordings and all Member benefits will cease at the end of the paid period. Access to Vulnerability Week 2026 session recordings will also be removed at this point.

CLAUSE 5

Premium Pass - nominated colleagues

Where a Premium Pass is purchased, the Purchaser is responsible for providing the Collaboration Network with a list of all colleagues to be enrolled under the pass. This nominations list should include each colleague's full name and work email address, and should be submitted within 5 working days of purchase by responding to the onboarding email received from your designated Collaboration Network contact.

Once the nominations list has been received, the Collaboration Network will send a personalised CN-X registration link directly to each nominated colleague's work email address within 2 working days. Each individual completes their own registration via that link. The Purchaser's own CN-X access is activated immediately upon purchase confirmation, regardless of when the nominations list is submitted.

Once your colleagues are registered, your designated Collaboration Network contact will offer your team an optional introductory call - a short, practical walkthrough of what is available on CN-X, how to navigate the Vulnerability Week programme, and how to get the most out of your Membership from day one. This call is entirely optional but warmly encouraged.

Nominated colleagues may be added at any point during the active Membership period by contacting your designated Collaboration Network contact. There is no limit to the number of colleagues that may be nominated under a Premium Pass.

The Premium Pass licence is granted exclusively to the purchasing organisation. Access may not be extended to individuals outside of that organisation, and all nominated colleagues must hold a current employment or contractual relationship with the purchasing organisation at the time of nomination.

CLAUSE 6

Refund policy

Given that CN-X access and Membership benefits are activated immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once access has been granted. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you believe a charge has been made in error, or if you have a query about a payment, please contact us at info@collaborationnetwork.co.uk and we will investigate promptly.

CLAUSE 7

CN-X platform access and acceptable use

Access to CN-X is granted for the sole use of the named individual (Single Pass) or nominated colleagues (Premium Pass) and may not be shared, transferred or resold. Login credentials are personal and must not be disclosed to third parties.

Users of CN-X agree to conduct themselves in accordance with the Collaboration Network's platform community guidelines. The Collaboration Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate CN-X access - without refund - where these guidelines are materially breached.

CLAUSE 8

Session access and recordings

All 16 Vulnerability Week 2026 sessions are delivered online via Zoom webinar. Session dates, times and Zoom registration links will be communicated to all VW Pass holders in advance of Vulnerability Week. It is the responsibility of the Pass holder to register for individual sessions via the links provided.

Where sessions are recorded, recordings will be made available on CN-X to active Members within a reasonable period following each session. The Collaboration Network does not guarantee that all sessions will be recorded, and access to recordings is subject to continued active Membership.

Session content, recordings, and all associated materials remain the intellectual property of the Collaboration Network and the respective speakers and organisations involved. They may not be reproduced, distributed or published without prior written consent.

CLAUSE 9

Data protection and privacy

The Collaboration Network processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. By completing your purchase, you consent to the Collaboration Network processing your personal data for the purposes of:

  • Administering your Membership and CN-X access

  • Communicating with you about Vulnerability Week sessions, programme updates and Membership information

  • Sending you relevant updates about Collaboration Network events, resources and community activity

You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect the lawful processing of data for Membership administration purposes.

Full details of how we collect, store and use your personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy.

CLAUSE 10

Changes to the programme

The Collaboration Network reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the Vulnerability Week programme - including session topics, speakers and timings - where circumstances require.

The Collaboration Network reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase is the version that applies to your agreement with us. Any updates will be published on this page with a revised date.

CLAUSE 11

Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Still have a question?

We'd much rather you ask than feel uncertain. If anything in these terms is unclear, or if you'd like to talk through whether the VW Pass is right for your organisation, get in touch - we're a real team and we respond promptly.
