Sue was one of the first members to join the Collaboration Network in 2020 and since then she been a passionate advocate of our mission, personifying our values. Sue was one of our first guest speakers where she shared the journey Yorkshire Building Society had been on to support their colleagues and customers through the Covid crisis. Sue is one of the founding members of the Vulnerability Champions Group and remains an ever-present figure at our sessions, always eager to support other members and to drive forward new ways to improve customer support and colleague wellbeing. We're so very pleased we are able to recognise these efforts through our first Member of the Year Award.
