Carolyn understands the challenges and complexities businesses face in supporting vulnerable customers and the concerns their teams have when engaging with them.

Carolyn also knows first-hand how hard it is being vulnerable, having lived experience of financial vulnerability and exclusion which drives her passion for helping others in a strategic and preventative way through the organisations they interact with.

Carolyn is the Collaboration Network's Vulnerable Customer Lead and helps to deliver our programme of activities that enable organisations to improve the support extended to their customers.
