FOR DELEGATES ONLY - This workshop is free for delegates to book on to as part of your ticket to the S.O.S Conference. Spaces are limited to 25 people, with only 1 attendee from any company. This is a 30 minute practical session to educate you on suicide support and prevention, and will run in a seperate room to the main programme space. Title of workshop: 'Suicide Prevention in Workplaces; what organisations can do to create mentally healthy and suicide-safer environments' What people can expect: A safe, inclusive and interactive discussion covering the three areas of prevention, intervention and postvention and the role of a workplace within each area. Discussions will cover the new British Standard 30480: Suicide and the Workplace and how we support our MHFAider community within a workplace.
