Jess is the External Affairs Manager at the Collaboration Network. She is responsible for ensuring members receive maximum benefit from the network, its events and workshops, as well as the broader support the network provides to firms and their customers.  Jess also works closely with regulators to provide an open forum of discussion between them and our other members.

 

Jess is passionate about helping colleagues and firms learn from each other through the network by helping to facilitate discussions and thought provoking sessions. Ultimately, Jess wants to enhance how customers and colleagues are supported by firms across all sectors. 

 

Before joining the Collaboration Network, Jess worked for the Lending Standards Board where she delivered support to firms to embed the Standards and Codes through various activities, such as training sessions, forums, workshops and call calibration sessions. Having worked at the Money Advice Trust prior to the LSB, Jess is familiar with the financial challenges facing consumers across all sectors, and the importance of cross-sector collaboration to improve the outcomes for these consumers.
