Service Description

On this Collaboration Lab, we will focus upon customer service, and how an organisation can foster a culture for delivering excellent customer service. On this session we will be joined by Rebecca Smith, Director of Service & Culture at Igloo Energy, who will provide a talk and presentation on the work carried out by Igloo Energy to embed a culture of customer service, and how this has benefited their customers. There will also be facilitated breakout discussion groups with peers from across sectors to drill into this subject to share ideas and generate fresh thinking. Join this two hour workshop and be inspired to influence raise standards in creating a culture of customer service.
