Helen Pettifer is a Non-Executive Director at Collaboration Network. She is a  customer service consultant and trainer, specialising in consumer vulnerability since early 2018.

 

Helen has built up a strong brand reputation for her work in raising awareness and standards within organisations on treating vulnerable customers fairly.

As a consultant, she supports businesses helping them achieve regulatory compliance and improve working practices.

 

Helen designs and delivers a wide range of customer service training courses equipping teams with the skills, resources, and confidence to meet the diverse needs of their customers.

 

Helen is regularly invited to speak at conferences, forums and on webinars and podcasts. At the end of 2019 Helen launched her own podcast entitled ‘Unlocking Vulnerability’.
