The CX Lounge is a monthly round table for Customer Experience focused discussions. Members of the Collaboration Network can join these sessions to learn from peers operating across sectors, share ideas and identify how best to engage with customers and offer industry leading customer experiences. Operating with a rotating Chair, these sessions will help to foster stronger ties with fellow members and increase strategic thinking around CX and customer engagement.
